I appreciate all of your input & kind words.
I tested a stag bred this way a couple years ago that was amazing & dead game. His only drawback was he wasn't hen feathered. I wound up getting this guy to possibly cross into my Puertorican hennies to add a bit more size.
I do not have pure Jerezano just some crosses I'm working with.
Thank you Francisco,
I appreciate the offer because I am always looking to improve but I'm not a fan of OEG. They have been bred for too many years for show & I don't mean the pit in battle. It's like I don't trust Sumatra's for the same reason. I'm sure there are game ones out there but I have Dead Game birds on the ground that cut & finish their opponent off in short order. I'm just working on my preferred color, feather, build & temperament.
Some of my birds are going to be shown in Puerto Rico trained by my good friend & gallero Raul Belen. He will be recording it. I will post the video & you can tell me if & what I need to improve.
Mr Lorenzo I will be anticipating the videos of this line, I like there look and have an understanding of just how good the Warhorse fowl are, fantastic fowl that really know how to finish, have 2 pull them off the defeated fowl.
Evening Mr. Scott here is a video from the first collaboration of R Belen and Gito Lorenzo at 11 months undubbed and fully feathered. He will be fighting again this weekend dubbed and battle trimmed at 13 months old.
