Iíve also been told asil/Spanish over American hens is a phenomenal cross,
Iím excited to see more from these Ram/Tuzo crosses Iíve received, the quickness they have will be interesting to see how it translates into other crosses
Iīve had my best crosses for pit ( small plastic postizas 45 minutes with 2 rests ) with my brasilian lines from Pierre Sieben and Nick Saab. As for stright postiza type competitiůn nothig beats the spanish-asil cross indeed.
Jimmy, did you get anything out of the Rodgers Brazilian/Harris Cross?
This year Joel sent me a Pasquale Brazilian hen,
I bred her to a Qaib thai, heavy in WHite dragon and plucker, so I will be anxious to see how that turns out,
In the future I would like to try my Hyderbad cock Iíve named Ironman, whoís a tremendous bird, over the Brazil hen,
Why would you want to see an Asil with silkie feathers. You are referring to Silkie chickens who have no feathers just down feathers right. An Asil with silkie feathers doesnít exist only a possible Asil Silkie cross may come feathered that way.
