I really like it when the feathers on the neck of oriental gamefowl roosters start to 'CURL' on itself and not grow straight when they mature and get older. I think it looks cool. Kind of makes it look like your rooster has a 'perm'...lol.
I mostly see Shamos and Brazilian Shamos with 'curly' neck feathers.
Really don't see Asil, Thai and Burmese with the curly neck feathers.
1. Is this trait something that just shows up 'naturally' in some oriental gamefowl roosters...?
2. Is it possible to breed this trait 'consistently'...?
3. Are there ways to make create it yourself 'artificially'...?
Any suggestions and/or tips would be greatly appreciated.
