Can anyone tell me whats needed when importing birds from Europe into uk?
Do you go for yourself or is a courier needed?
if you go by yourself i donīt see any trouble . Great britain is a member of the EU and therefore you can travel with your birds without any permission.
Transportation with a courier would be better to get a certificate from the local vet ( from where the birds come) that there is no notifiable disease in the area.
Its good to marrk the birds so the custom can identify the birds and they see where they are from and if they are the birds on the paper ! ( VET )
